Hotel Aptin

Good place for the stay.. Breakfast was good and services also good. Worth the money for this stay. Only the parking area is small but otherwise my stay was good and my family members enjoyed a lot. Thank you Treebo Aptin.

We liked the way we were received regardless of check-in and check out time and treated with love. A breakfast compliment was provided on both days as requested. The view of the sparrow, sunset and sunrise from the balcony is so memorable.

Hospitality, Room service was not available at doorstep. Telecome was not available to reach the receptionist. We don't have a dressing table. Mirror the most ambience for women which is available only at the restroom.

Nothing to tell good they need to maintain lot

Room size and all ok but full of fungus smell as I have dust allergy they dint clean the room properly toilet also not clean I dint like to touch anything in toilet,when go to break fast full of flies

I have a confirmed reservation from booking.com but when I reached to check in they say it's canceled. I asked how it's possible but they just say it's canceled and I need to contact booking.con to verify when I clearly have a confirmed booking. NOTE: After booking on booking.com there are continues emails from treeboo to pay advance amount for confirmation when booking.com doesn't specify any such requirements. This is not the first time even in goa all treeboo is fradualating confirmed bookings at there own discretion. I request booking.com to enquire into this matter

The room is large and clean. The AC was not as cool as expected but was manageable. The location is good on the highway. There is no restaurant at the hotel.

The welcome staff was pleasant.

The room was average than expected. The air condition did not work,however, I was too tired to call for help . The toilet door wasn't working,it didn't close. The glass provided to drink water was dirty. Overall, the standard wasn't made for overseas visitors.

the chief hotel Manager , an elderly gentleMan at the Reception was absolutely humble, great hospitality..

and there are this Service staff ( night house keeping guy on Jan 29, 2025 ) Unprofessional, Untrained , Impolite , Rude ..there was a Power shut down in the hotel room frequently ( spontaneous power drip every 10 mins )..when i had to wake this house keeping night duty guy in the middle of the night, he was so annoyed, he started to abuse and rather accuse us for not choosing another room, how would we as guests presume that this property would ve electricity power issues so frequently.the body language and the gestures of the night hotel service personal was so disgusting ( probably because a guest like me had to seek suport of hotel staff )i had an elderly parent who had to take bath in cold water as we had to attend the early morning 6 Am Mass at Velankanni church ,cold water bath as the Electricity in the room was gone ( power gone from 12 midnight on Jan 29 till we vacated the room on Jan 30 ) and this impolite service guy was not willing to come and check the same in our room despite repeated requests .i can perhaps share the Audio conversations and photos of this ordeal for evidence , so that other pilgrims visiting this holy town are not befooled by choosing such properties with rude and impolite personals ( for no mistake of yours )..we travel to these holy shrines for Peace afterall.before vacating this hotel and occupying a much better clean , neat, tidy hotel near the basilica , narrated the night ordeal to the humble elderly Manager who listened to us,but never know wat action was taken with regards to that service guy whose behaviour made our stay at this property scary & miserable ..

Floor is sticky/salty. V.far from church, no restaurants nearby, suggest to run restaurants in the same place. NO much space to park vehicle.

My 2nd Stay, the Room size was Good & working Condition. The Staff are Good & Responsive to Requests.

Please Improve the Condition of the Bedding, its All Old & Stains. The Bathroom is Near to Going Rusty & Bad, Need to Install new Fitting's.

I am very happy with my stay.The rooms were big and very clean.The parking area was super big.Morning breakfast was very tasty.The reception representative was very friendly and welcoming.I will highly recommend recommend this stay

Right from Welcome greetings to check out, we had a good stay.It is very clean, room service available. Room A/C, Heater, TV are working good. cot and best are perfectly cleaned.

The place is 3km far from the church so its away from the crowd and rush. So its a great place to take rest.

For Food you have a restaurant opposite to the hotel but they dont have mucu options

I got room 220. Room size is ok. Bed is comfortable. And rooms are quite airy.

Door bell doesn't work. No one will get to know if anyone even knocls on the door. Rooms are dingy with water seepage everywhere. Bathroom mirror (can't even see yourself) and bathroom walls is unclean. Taps and shower have been leaking the whole night. You ask for anything. It takes hours for the item to arrive. Basic aspects like towels, toilet rolls itself wernt provided. After waiting for 4 hours I got only towels and toilet roll was never provided.

Pay at the property??? Once you.booked from booking.com, it doesn't st mean that your booking is confirmed.. Hotel property will keep you on waiting list until you the amount.

Breakfast was good but they arrange the food from outside for their guest as they do not have a functioning kitchen. Rooms are good and above average in its size. For stay and visiting the church the money was worth for the hotel. Surprisingly neat also.
